Refunds Policy

This statement sets out the refunds and returns policy of all websites directly owned or operated by Nicholas Nixon or Clockwork Limited or Gridline Marketing Limited or otherwise associated with any of the three aforenamed entities.

Refunds

We offer the possibility of a refund only where specifically so stated on our sales pages. Otherwise, if there is an issue, let us know what it is and if we cannot help you, we will consider granting a full or partial refund. Note that we do NOT offer ‘no questions asked’ money back guarantees.

We do not offer refunds on upgrades or other linked offers FOR ANY REASON as these may be provided by third parties and be outside of our control.

You may cancel any monthly memberships or other paid subscriptions at any time and you will not be charged following such cancellation.

Membership access to any refunded product or service will be removed at the time of refund.

Following any refund, you may continue to use any bonuses that we may have provided to you as our ‘thank you’ for trying our product.

Please do not buy any of our products if you are unsure whether or not you want/need the product.

We do not issue refunds simply because you may have changed your mind or because it’s “not for me” or because you “didn’t understand.” We state clearly on our sales pages what we are offering and we are unable to process any refund because you thought it might be something else. If necessary, please raise any queries or resolve any doubts by contacting us prior to purchase.

Refunds are offered ONLY when there is a genuine issue which we cannot help you to resolve, or which we cannot resolve for you.

Returns – Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital products and the fact that it is easy simply to download or take a copy of the item and then return it for refund, we do NOT offer any form of refund for digital products, all sales of which are ‘final’. This is clearly stated on our own websites and as an integral part of each individual listing on third party auction and advertising websites.

Returns – Non-Digital Goods

Unless otherwise stated, any non-digital item may be returned for refund within seven days of receipt. The returned item must be unused and complete and it should be returned in its original, sealed and unopened packaging and in the same condition as shipped. Upon receipt of the returned item in such condition, we will issue a full refund in the same currency as originally paid and to the same card or account from which paid. Outward and inward shipping costs are not refundable.

Faulty Goods

Every item sold is carefully checked prior to dispatch and therefore it is unlikely that any item will be found to be faulty. But if this should happen, the item should be returned to ourselves within seven days of receipt, with all original packaging and including a precise description of the perceived fault. Upon verification of the fault, we will immediately ship a replacement to the buyer at our expense or, if we cannot ship a replacement immediately, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price including any outward shipping costs. We will also reimburse our customer’s return shipping costs providing they are agreed with ourselves in advance. Refunds will be made in the same currency as originally paid and to the same card or account from which paid.
