Shipping Policy

This statement sets out the shipping policy of all websites directly owned or operated by Nicholas Nixon or Clockwork Limited or Gridline Marketing Limited or otherwise associated with any of the three aforenamed entities.

Destinations

We can ship to virtually any address in the world although there are restrictions on some products/countries.

Non-Digital Products

We aim to ship all non-digital products within one working day.

Digital Products

Depending upon the product(s) purchased and the country of destination, digital goods may be shipped by any of the following methods, as we may deem most appropriate:

  • By being made available for immediate download.
  • By eMail as an attachment – within one working day.
  • By mail, on CD or DVD – shipped within one working day.

Non-digital goods are shipped by standard mail within New Zealand and by express airmail to international destinations. We may ship by other means or carriers at our discretion.

Delivery by courier may be available at additional cost.

Particularly valuable items can be shipped by registered and insured courier or mail at the buyer’s request and expense. Otherwise the buyer is responsible for insuring purchases whilst in transit.

Tracking

We will advise you of tracking numbers provided by carriers.

Shipping Rates

We operate a flat rate shipping policy for the vast majority of our products when shipped by standard national mail or standard international air mail. The shipping of heavy or bulky items is charged at cost and the calculation of the shipping charge is based upon the weight of the goods and the delivery destination. Wherever possible we are happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases.

Back Orders

If an item, being part of a larger order, is placed on back-order then at our discretion:

  • We may ship to you the part of your order that is in stock and, when the back-ordered item(s) become available we will ship to you the outstanding balance of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. Or:
  • We may hold the entire order until any back-ordered item(s) become available and then despatch the entire order as one shipment. In this event, you will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order for any back-ordered items.
